What benefits can you expect as a vendor?
- Your business will be listed on our website and conference program
- Tickets will be sold to Conference attendees and Trade Show Only attendees, thereby affording you, the vendor with exposure to a larger audience.
- Coffee & snacks will be available at no charge to the registered vendors in the hospitality room from 10:00 am – 11:30 am; 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm on Saturday and from 10:30 am – 11:30 am and 2:00 – 3:30 pm on Sunday.
- The Club Heidelberg provides free parking.
- The hotel rooms are available at discounted rates when you mention G.H.O.S.T.S. - a Paranormal & Wellness Conference & Expo at the Comfort Inn, 2 Dunlop Dr., St. Catharines 905-687-8890. Hotel reservations may be made after October 15, 2010.
- Door prize draws will be held every hour during conference hours, excluding the Special Events.
- Exhibitor Passes will be provided for 2 people per booth. Additional passes are available upon request at a $5.00 fee per pass.
Space is available on a 1st come, 1st reserved & paid basis.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation before May 1st, 2011 receives a full refund less a 10% handling fee. Any cancellations between May 2nd and July 31st will receive a 50% refund, less the handling fee of 10%. There are no refunds after July 31st.
Requirements for Showcasing
1- Participants must provide a completed application form.
2- Vendor table is 8’ x 2.5’ table. Electricity will be supplied upon request at an extra charge.
3- Booths of 10’ x 10’ are for space only. Tables may be rented for $10.00.
4- Hotel discounts are available when you book before August 31, 2011 and mention G.H.O.S.T.S. – paranormal & wellness conference & expo!
5- It is requested that each vendor supply at least one door prize or gift certificate valued at $25.00 or more, brought to the event on October 1st before the doors open to the Expo. Please have it ready to be presented with your business card attached. When possible, additional door prizes are gratefully accepted.
6- All exhibitors are encouraged to provide something for the guests to put into their goody bags – it can be samples of your products, brochures, coupons, pens or even candy. Use your imagination and make a great impression!
7- The Vendor/Expo Hall will be open for set up on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 8:00 am. All vendors must be set up and ready to go by 10:00 am. October 2, 2011 vendor displays should begin to be taken down at 4:00 pm. The Vendor/Expo Hall will be closed at 5:00 pm. Any items left on site become the property of the organizers to be used or disposed of as they see fit. Excessive garbage left by the vendor will be cleaned by the organizers at the expense of the vendor.
8- The allotment of space is solely at the discretion of the organizers. The contract between the organizers and the vendor is limited to the rental of space/tables. No representation is made by the organizers that the use of the space/tables will result in profit. Your contract does not constitute any exclusivity to a particular product category.
9- Vendors agree to abide by the rules and regulations from time to time adopted/prescribed or amended by the organizers for the governance, safe operation, and management of the show. Vendors must:
a) Follow all applicable Health and Safety Standards (i.e. flammables, food etc.)
b) Install, arrange and conduct their exhibits in a manner which does not present a safety hazard to the public, volunteers, or employees, and only in the space allotted to them by the organizers in a neat and orderly manner and in such a way as to not be a menace or nuisance to other vendors.
c) Have valid vendor(s) permits and business insurance(s).
d) HST/GST collections and remissions are the vendors’ responsibility.
e) No subletting or sharing of booth/tables is allowed without the express written consent of the organizers.
f) MAR-LEE ENTERPRISES INC., KI AWARENESS MAGAZINE AND G.H.O.S.T.S. PARANORMAL & WELLNESS CONFERENCE & EXPO, CLUB HEIDELBERG, their employees and/or volunteers will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damages incurred by the vendor(s) at, in or around the Conference and Expo or special events.
g) Be courteous to the attendees, organizers, their employees and/or volunteers and the staff of the Club Heidelberg.
h) Any default of the above conditions may result in the vendors’ space allotment being cancelled at the sole discretion of the organizers and the vendor ordered from the site.
